With these services, you have a streamlined alternative to our full-service interior design. This design experience provides you with a master plan and a professionally designed space that you can implement at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home.

Your answers to our questionnaire will help you can begin to be involved in the initial process of the design. We look forward to learning about your personality and interests so we can turn that into a design that you will love!!

You will be sent a link to the questionnaire once you purchase a package/product that requires it.


Our WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU section will include the important information that we will need to move forward on your design.

If any additional information is needed, we will make sure that is handled before we start your project.


Design time! At this stage, we will have the information that we need to move forward. We will not be sending further correspondence until we are ready to present the designs, but we are here to respond if you have any lingering questions.


After approximately 2-3 weeks, we will send you an email letting you know that we have completed your project and are excited to present the final designs to you!


Our packages include one revision request after our initial presentation, which will need to be submitted within 2 weeks after we first present. We are confident that you will love what we put together for you without having to make any revisions but it is part of your package for your use if needed.


Your project is complete and we are now ready to present you with your drawings and documents* so that you can take the design plan and complete the project with the assistance of the tools and resources that we have provided to you.

Photos will need to be taken so that the whole space can be seen, as best as possible. Please make sure photos are taken where the perspective of the room is clear and the photos are not blurry.

Pro tip: When taking photos of an interior room, it is best to shoot away from windows.


We will need measurements of the room, including door and window placement. Please also provide measurements of any furniture that will be remaining in the space including width, depth and height.

  • The Real Estate Package


    We know the importance of staging and presentation when selling your residential or commercial space. A well-staged space sells faster and can contribute to achieving a higher price than those that are not staged. Digital staging has become popular over the last couple of years and allows us to offer our staging services to show the potential buyer a better representation of the space at a fraction of the cost of in-home staging.

  • The Inspiration Package


    This package is a great choice if you need assistance at the beginning of your design process to help point you in the right direction. We guide you with inspiration to help you move forward in developing a cohesive design.

  • The Pinnacle Package


    The Pinnacle is our full-service E-Design package and is perfect if you are doing a complete transformation of your space! We provide you with a completely new design and a full-color rendering of your updated space. We will need photos and measurements of your space, remodeling plans, design interests and budget to move forward.

If you are looking for the perfect furniture piece, light fixture or accessory to help pull the rest of your space together we can help you source it! Our A La Carte selections allow you to choose the specific items that you are looking for so that we know the direction that you need us to go in. This service includes the sourcing of any item(s) that would be purchased to decorate your space, excluding fine art. *We will need photos of your room with the items that are currently there, the style that you want to achieve and your budget before we can move forward in our search. We will probably ask you for certain measurements.
We can purchase items on your behalf, if you want us to do the shopping for you! We extend a portion of our designer discount so that you get the benefit of our purchasing the products at a lower price point. Our minimum for purchasing is $5000 per item or $5000 total from one showroom or manufacturer (before tax, freight and install costs). Our minimum for fabric is dependent on yardage and cost. Our purchasing service includes management of product purchasing and delivery. Purchasing of appliances through A M Sandberg will also include management of installation of items purchased and haul away of old units. A M Sandberg is only responsible for delivery, placement and basic hook up of appliances and not the steps that will be needed to modify the existing space for the new appliances purchased.
